We are looking for a Front Desk Assistant
- Part time - Full time depending on your needs!
- We offer training and flexible schedules.
Your Role:
- Manage the clinic flow of patients walking in the door, starting up conversations and getting to know those clients.
- Provide an exceptional waiting room environment for our patients that they’ll look forward to coming back to
- Help clients schedule out upcoming appointments
- Assemble new client care packages and resource folders
- Answer incoming calls when other team members are unavailable
Skills Needed:
- Extreme attention to detail and being highly organized. In this role, making sure all fields are updated correctly in the database is critical.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Training is provided but general tech proficiency is required.
- Experience scheduling appointments on an EMR system
- Proactivity: Acts without being told what to do. Brings new ideas to the company
- This is an office position based in Edmonds, Washington. You must be over 18 and a be a US citizen.
You’ll Be A Great Fit If You:
- Have at least one year’s experience in a successful customer service role, preferably setting appointments in a consumer-to-business environment.

Your Compensation:
- Competitive salary of $17+ per hour based on experience
