Meet The Staff

Dr. Allison Feldt

PT, DPT, Owner

Dr. Allison Feldt, PT, DPT is a Pelvic Expert Physical Therapist and owner of Body Motion Physical Therapy. Who believes all women deserve care through pregnancy and postpartum. She also has a passion for helping women live their best life in strong bodies without suffering. As a mother of two she understands mom life.

Allison understands the MASSIVE body changes that occur with pregnancy and after delivery.

Her favorite phrase is once postpartum, always postpartum.

Allison saw too many moms in their late 40’s and 50’s dealing with hip, knee, back, ankle, neck and shoulder issues, and lots of them were suffering from incontinence. These moms turned into the 60-70 years olds with joint replacement and surgeries. Those moms then turned into the 80+ year olds in wheelchairs and diapers in the nursing homes. This fueled Allison’s passion to help moms restore their cores (pelvic floors and bellies) after kids so they don’t have to enter this cycle.

As a mom herself and someone who has experienced the aftermath of pregnancy and childbirth she knows first hand the steps to take to restore the body and strives to help moms heal themselves holistically.

Dr. Feldt graduated from Midwestern in 2012, with a Doctorate in Physical Therapy.

Dr. Riley Phelps

PT, DPT
Riley received her Doctorate of Physical Therapy from Franklin Pierce University in Manchester, New Hampshire. She completed her undergraduate degree at Washington State University, not far from her hometown of Seattle. Riley enjoyed exploring the East Coast, but as a Pacific Northwest native, she was excited to settle down back in Washington. Her interest in physical therapy grew during a personal injury back in high school; but recently found a love for treating the pelvic floor after attending a course during school. Since then, she knew she had a passion for helping men and women with concerns related to the pelvic floor, with a specific interest in women experiencing all realms of pregnancy and motherhood. In her free time, Riley enjoys any activities outdoors, being on the water, connecting with friends and hanging out with her family. She is looking forward to working with you!

Dr. Victoria Smith

PT, DPT

Dr. Victoria Smith, PT, DPT received her doctorate of physical therapy and undergraduate degree at the University of Washington. She is a Washington native. Victoria was drawn to help educate women and help them deal with changes in their body that are typical but not normal.

“I was drawn to change peoples’ lives so they don’t have to deal with issues that can be prevented and reversed. I wanted to be able to empower them and teach them about their bodies so they can live their best life. It’s so easy to ignore your body and to feel lost, maybe even betrayed by your body. So my passion is helping people reconnect with their bodies. I have a love for connecting the mind, body and soul.”

Dr. Victoria loves to help women have families and be their best self within their families. She has a deep connection to moms and wants women she believes women deserve to be included in the health and medical world.
