I want to share something powerful with you today-a lesson that keeps showing up in both health and business, and it’s this:
Make the decision, and then make it right.
You’ve already made the decision that you want to be healthy. You want to take care of your pelvic floor, your core, prepare for birth, recover from birth, be strong, and truly commit to your wellness journey.
That decision is right.
You might not get it perfect the first time. Or the second. Or even the fifth. But the decision itself-to try, to commit, to show up for yourself-is always right.
Maybe you don’t feel like you have the time or the money. But once you commit, you find the time. You find the money. When we value our health, we pull out all the stops to make it work.
On the path of life, the decision to be the healthiest, strongest version of yourself is always the right thing to do. Even if you stumble, even if you have to start over, you are still on the path. The decision for what you want for your life is right.
Most people wait for the “perfect” moment:
“When the kids sleep through the night…”
“When they’re in school…”
“When life is less busy…”
But if we wait for perfect timing, we’ll always be waiting. Life doesn’t slow down. Kids get busier. Responsibilities grow. If we wait, we risk waiting forever.
You just need to make the decision. And then make it right.
The most successful people I know-entrepreneurs, leaders, parents-don’t wait for everything to be perfect. They make the decision, and then they make it work. They hire the help they need. They invest in themselves. Sometimes they fall off or lose money at first, but they keep going. They make it right.
You’ve already paid for it, or you’re planning to. Now you just need to keep pulling yourself back onto the path. This goes for everything in life. Can’t afford it? Make the decision, and then make it right. Find a way. Invest in yourself.
Anyone you see growing, evolving, and thriving isn’t waiting for joy or health to fall into their lap. They decide what kind of life they want, and they go after it. They get it right.
A higher level of success starts with this mindset. The “operation manual” for a joyful, fit life starts with this: decide, then do.
Accountability is the secret ingredient. When you invest in yourself, when you pay for support, you’re committing at a higher level. You’re saying, “I’m worth it.”
How many years have you told yourself:
“Work harder.”
“Do more.”
“Walk more.”
“Eat better.”
You know what to do. But you haven’t been able to make it work, because you need outside accountability. That’s what we’re here for.
The path is already written. The yellow brick road is there. All you have to do is decide to walk it.
If you fall off, don’t let self-sabotage keep you stuck. Get back on. That’s how you grow.
When will you step onto the path-or get back on?
You are at your best when you’re moving forward.
My business coach calls it the “Frustration of Stagnation.” Don’t let it keep you stuck.
