Infusing passion and libido back into your body as a MOTHER

If there is one thing that went away after I had kids, it was the confidence I had in my own skin and body. I always HAD body image issues and a difficult time embracing love for my shape and weight. This came to a head after three kids.
I went on a long journey of finding a way to love this new form and shape my body had taken. And I also had a deep desire to change it and to feel like a hot, sexy, desirable mom. I desired health, strength, hotness, health and I loved myself. It was this love that allowed me to go all in on myself.
There is AND was no one that could make this happen for me.
I had to make it happen for myself. I chose to invest in myself
Choosing to start investing in yourself, your wellness, health, and pelvic floor is a critical aspect and necessity in finding your passion, joy, energy and fulfillment.
It’s never too early and only sometimes is it too late.
Investing in yourself postpartum and throughout motherhood, will allow your kids to see how important it is to put your own physical and health first and just prioritizing our overall wellness.
I am a firm believer that true health starts from the inside out.
You have to show up for yourself
In this weeks podcast I go over tools to infuse the passion, libido and energy back into your life. We discuss goal setting and creating a plan to achieve those goals.
It’s this journey of doing the hard work to achieve those goals, that reignites the passion, libido and energy!
